Doors Open Lowell is presented annually by the Lowell Historic Board, Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell Heritage Partnership, City of Lowell Office of Cultural Affairs & Special Events, Mosaic Lowell, and the Greater Merrimack Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau.
